For outstanding achievement, extraordinary conduct, dedication and for being selected the Ranger of the Quarter in the 2nd Ranger Battalion of the 75th Ranger Regiment, Warrant Officer 1 WO1 M. Foulke is hereby awarded the Soldier's Medal.

Warrant Officer 1 WO1 M. Foulke time and again displayed dedication to the battalion that is unmatched, exceptional and unequaled. Warrant Officer 1 WO1 M. Foulke not only gave their time, but also volunteered to help the battalion in many ways so that the unit could benefit greater as a result of their service for the quarter.

Warrant Officer 1 WO1 M. Foulke reflects great credit upon themselves, the 2nd Ranger Battalion and the United States Army.
