For heroism in action during ground combat operations against the enemy, Corporal CPL B. Prescott is hereby awarded the Bronze Star.

Corporal CPL B. Prescott's heroic action is a great example of the Ranger ethos, and reflects great credit upon themselves, the 2nd Ranger Battalion and the United States Army.
